Our Defensive Line curriculum is based on the same building blocks as our O-line curriculum, focused on starting with a good base position, getting off the ball explosively, and concentrating on the correct steps. We then develop further into specific D-line techniques for defeating blocks, rushing the passer, and tackling techniques.
